- Ideal for terminally sterilizing liquids in sealed or open containers such as PVC bags, plastic bottles, syringes, blister packs and glass containers
- Internal fans mix steam and over-pressure air, which allows for safe sterilization of heat-sensitive containers without losing their shape or breaking
- Rapid heating is achieved via convection of the steam-air mixture
- Internal heat exchangers provide rapid cooling of the product after sterilization
- Product containers leave the chamber in a dry state and are ready for labeling or packaging
- Standard Allen-Bradley or Siemens control systems are available in full 21 CFR Part II compliancy
