The SBM AQUATHERM Water Cascade Sterilizer is designed to rapidly sterilize liquids in sealed containers using a hot water spray. The Cycle time is shorter compared to conventional methods by using circulating water as heat transfer medium (fast cooling). Support pressure with sterile air during the entire cycle ensures that products in heat-sensitive containers will not be damaged.
